- refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item or proof of return

- refunds will be issued via the original payment method

If your product is faulty, not as described, or damaged upon arrival, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item. We will offer a replacement, repair, or refund in accordance with consumer rights.
